Occasionally we get asked how people can help 50050. The loco is owned by Harry and financed by Harry and friends of the loco. If you want to make a donation, it would obviously be gratefully received and will of course speed up the restoration of the loco.In exchange, we would be happy to show supporters around the loco at Yeovil and keep them informed of progress. You would also be welcome at one of our testing days, so you could see and hear 50050 running again. We understand that there are several high profile and popular locos that need your money, but any support for 50050 will be most welcome
We are also asked about working on the loco. As working parties are usually mid week, it is obviously difficult to attract volunteers. However weekend working parties could be introduced if anyone wants to come down to Yeovil. Especially needed is somebody with carpentry skills, as we would like to replace the wood in both cabs. Also, if anybody with 50 restoration experience would like to quote to work on 50050 on a contract basis, could you please get in touch.

SHOP ONLINE AND RAISE MONEY FOR D400 FUND
We have launched a new online fundraising webshop.
The D400 Fund is asking its supporters to shop online by clicking the banner left and raise money at no
extra cost for us or yourself.
Over 100 retailers are accessible through the webshop, including BT, Marks & Spencer, Waterstones and Next.
Many retailers provide exclusive offers to the webshop, such as discounts or offering free delivery to the
customer, providing more reasons for supporters to buy products through the webshop.
